Leaving aside emotion, a huge amount of technical information was provided at the meeting on 21st November, most of which was outside the knowledge and expertise of the Chairman of the South Devon Waste Partnership. That's no criticism of the Chairman; the information came from well-read contributors who had amassed expertise in a wide range of fields, and it might have been uinreasonable to expect him, as an individual, to be as well informed as the large number of concerned residents had become collectively.

However, it was a good opportunity to collate some extremely valuable data. Who has done so, and who will be responsible within the Waste Management Partnership for using it to decide the best way forward?

Hi Peter, I'm currently chasing up minutes and also collating the feedback from the questionnaires from the meeting. I would encourage everyone to publish their research also to this website. Once you are logged in you are able to submit links and even articles and news items to the site, by using the menu on the left.
