Please could you tell me why our kerbside collections of plastic only include bottles, when there are facilities in this area to recycle a much wider range of plastics?

Is it because you have been planning for years now to build an incinerator, into which a high proportion of plastics must be fed to ensure high enough temperatures?

Many thanks,
Frankie
