Latest Incinerator News: Devon County Council have now concluded their initial consultation on Viridor's planning application, although they will still accept comments if you haven't yet sent in your objection. As of the end of May, over 1,000 individual representations had been made. The council have posted all the statutory and technical consultee responses to their website, as well as their requests to Viridor for further information. Until the information requested has been received the application has been put on hold. The Environment Agency are now processing Viridor's application for a permit which you can view here. You can send your comments on the permit application to the EA by following the instructions here.
